Description
KatieBug Therapy Ltd is looking for another skilled and energetic Occupational therapist to join our pediatric multidisciplinary team! Our OT/PT/ST team has been serving the community for over 25 years and continuing to grow. Our new OT will be responsible for the evaluation and treatment of a variety of diagnoses including Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dysgraphia, Fine Motor Deficits, Visual Motor Deficits as well as a variety of other diagnoses and related impairments.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in occupational therapy
- IL State license
- (2) years of pediatric experience preferred but new graduates may apply
- Loves kids!!!
- Comfortable communicating with medical professionals
- Energetic, compassionate, positive attitude with patients and families
- Enjoys working in a team environment with PT/OT/ST and support staff
- Experience with EMR is a plus
Job Duties:
- Evaluating a patient's functional status
- Establishing treatment goals
- Planning treatment
- Implementing the plan of care through direct treatment
- Providing instruction and education to patient, family, and caregivers
- Evaluating need for interdisciplinary referral
- Participating in multidisciplinary patient care conferences
- Providing accurate, timely documentation of treatment
